The Body-Solid GLM85B Pro Lat Machine boasts a revolutionary high-low pulley system, eliminating annoying cable changes and letting users flow through lat pulldowns, bent over row and seated rows, maximising workout efficiency. The machine includes a 210lb / 95kg weight stack with a pull-pin for easy adjustments, plus standard 1” weight horns for loading extra weight in the form of standard weight plates (not included). Olympic weight plates can be used with the addition of Olympic sleeve adapters – sold separately. The Pro Lat Machine has a compact design that’s ideal for home gyms or smaller facilities, while the padded leg hold-down is fully adjustable and accommodates users of all sizes. The Pro Lat Machine works on a 1:1 ratio, meaning the weight that you select at the stack is the weight that you feel at the end of the cable. The cables are heavy-duty, made from nylon-coated braided steel, ensuring smooth operation for years to come. Included with the Pro Lat Machine is a lat bar and low row bar.
