The BowFlex T9 Folding Treadmill gives all users the ability to run with the ultimate in fitness app freedom. Train with your favourite fitness app, including JRNY®, Kinomap® and Zwift® (separate digital subscriptions required for connected apps), right from your own tablet or smartphone, and you can even tap your Apple Watch or Samsung Watch to keep your metrics in sync. Fitted with a high-contrast, colour LCD display, the T9 offers easy access to your stats at all times during your workout. If you don’t feel like following a structured workout through one of the many compatible apps, there are 10 built-in programs to choose from The BowFlex T9 can reach speeds of up to 12 mph (19 km/h) and has a motorised incline of up to 15%. Speed and incline can be adjusted in a heartbeat with intuitive dial controls and an ultra-responsive drive system—ideal for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The T9 is equipped with a large 152 x 56 cm tread belt, enhanced with Flex Zone cushioning that offers all the support and stability you need to reach the finish line. There are integrated pulse grips for monitoring your heart rate, and dual fans built-in that keep you cool as you run. Other features include Bluetooth®-enabled speakers, a water bottle holder and a media shelf for your phone or tablet.
