The Fitness-MAD weight lifting knee strap is great for minimalizing stress on the knee and reducing the risk of tearing tendons and or muscles. Elasticated with Velcro tabs for quick release and adjustment so they remain tight whilst training, along with an added foot loop to help it stay in place whilst wrapping.
