Its enhanced biomechanics and independent converging press arms create a natural overhead pressing movement that’s both safe and highly effective for toning the shoulders and upper body. There are two sets of handles too – both neutral and pronated, which offers a wider variety of exercises. The incremental weight stack – up to 85kg - makes changing up the intensity easy thanks to the handy dial and pin lock.
