Fitted with the new and updated Track Connect 2.0 Console, you can enjoy exciting workout variety delivered with total comfort thanks to its proven Lifecycle health club quality design. This recumbent bike features an ergonomic, step-through design, enabling you to exit and access the machine with ease, assisted further by the front assist handle. The recumbent seat features 13 horizontal adjustments and a comfort back pad to ensure a stress-free body position every time you train. The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. This lets you connect seamlessly to the bike for extremely accurate workout information. A dual-zone design separates entertainment and workout specific areas. The Life Fitness RS1 has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included.
