The Matrix TF30 Folding Treadmill delivers the most advanced frame and deck combo, providing a reliable platform for your home training.
Featuring a 3.25 HP Johnson Drive system, you stay in perfect rhythm as the system recalibrates with every footfall. The TF30 is equipped with Matrix’s exclusive Ultimate Desk System, that includes a heavy-duty frame, extra-thick deck and industrial-grade cushions for miles of durable performance. Hit top speeds of 20 km/h on the spacious 51 x 140 cm running area, and reach inclines of up to 15%.
Complete with the advanced XIR console, it’s easy to keep every workout fresh with 12 metric-driven cardio programmes like Sprint 8. You can sync to the apps you already use, like MyFitnessPal, Strava, Fitbit and more via ViewFit connectivity, and enjoy entertainment favourites including Netflix, Spotify and YouTube (subscriptions not included). Connect your console via WiFi for software updates, ViewFit, web browsing and entertainment apps. Now compatible with iFIT (iFIT Pro membership required, 30-day iFIT Pro membership included for new members only), you can enjoy live studio classes and global workouts on your Matrix machine, all led by the world’s most inspiring trainers. Forge your own path with Google Maps Street View, personalise workouts for your unique goals and choose from over 16,000 interactive workouts including strength, yoga and more.
Another new program available on compatible Matrix touchscreen consoles is Matrix Method—an intuitive eight-week 5k training plan that adjusts to the user’s fitness. Delivering three workouts per week, Matrix Method automatically changes speed through distance, interval training and tempo runs to help users gradually build endurance and speed.
Get the most accurate heart rate feedback fitness equipment can provide with integrated Polar heart rate technology, with a Polar heart rate strap included with the XIR.
The TF30 Folding Treadmill features a convenient Space Saver design, enabling you to store the machine in a vertical position when not in use. It also features water bottle holders, a device rack, USB port, HDMI port for phone mirroring, 5w speakers and transport wheels.
