Built to accommodate full body training sessions, the NordicTrack Adjustable Bench allows for flat, incline, decline and military positions. The backrest and locking adjustable seat are easy to adjust, just pull the appropriate pin, move the pad to your desired angle, and release the pin again to lock. The NordicTrack Adjustable Bench features enhanced vinyl padded seats for additional comfort, and rectangular steel tubing for a durable and dependable construction.
