The Reprise Pilates Ring creates light resistance during movements, helping activate muscles throughout the arms, chest, core, inner thighs and glutes.
This lightweight Pilates Ring, also known as a Pilates Magic Circle, is made from flexible fibreglass with a foam covering offering consistent resistance. Double handles allow exercises to be performed using either the inside or outside of the ring, letting you target different muscle groups.
