The SOLE E10 Folding Elliptical Cross Trainer’s 5.76kg flywheel ensures smooth striding at any of the 20 resistance levels. Its single-track design offers a stride length of up to 18” / 45.7cm), while its T Bar multi-position handles helps to engage the upper and lower body simultaneously. The E10’s white LED console displays your time, level, distance, heart rate, RPM and calories, while also offering quick access to 6 programs (manual, hill, fat burn, cardio, strength and HIIT) and resistance level changes. Beneath the console are grips for monitoring your pulse while on-the-go. The E10 supports FTMS connectivity with the SOLE+ app, plus other third-party training apps (app subscriptions may be required). It even has a Bluetooth speaker and a USB Type C port built-in for keeping your tablet or phone fully charged. When you’ve finished your cardio session, the SOLE E10’s track folds up vertically to give you back that floor space - perfect for small home gyms.
