Zack George: My must-have home gym product
Discover the one home gym machine Body Power ProTeam member Zack George swears by.
Home gyms have become extremely popular over the last few years with people in general seeking to get healthier and fitter, and the one question I get asked a lot is, “If you could only choose one piece of equipment, what would it be?”
So I’m going to break down my favourite machine, why I love it and why I would recommend it to anyone thinking about setting up a home gym.

The Body Power TITAN MFT Elite
The Body Power TITAN MFT Elite is a multi-functional trainer with counterbalanced smith machine and half rack.
Putting it more simply, it is a cable machine, combined with a smith machine and a squat rack, meaning you can do every exercise under the sun to target the entire body on just one machine.
Half Rack
First off, let’s start with the half rack component. The machine comes with a pair of j-hooks and safeties, which enables you to use your own barbell and weight plates to perform exercises such as barbell back squats, front squats and more.

Smith Machine
Then you have the smith machine, with which you can perform similar exercises as with the barbell, but it does give you a few extra options. A traditional barbell moves freely (it’s not attached to anything), requiring you to use more muscles to stabilise yourself throughout the lift which is great for core strength and stability, but does make the move more advanced. The smith machine’s fixed bar system makes it easier to pick up and learn, so ideal for beginners, while not needing to recruit your stabilising muscles makes it a great option for those in rehabilitation and recovering from an injury. As it’s a fixed bar, it allows you to really focus the tension on a certain muscle, and if you feel like you’re going to fail the lift, all you need to do is rack the bar by hooking it onto one of 14 positions.

Dual Adjustable Pulley
Moving on to the dual adjustable pulley component of the MFT Elite—the list of exercises you can do with this are endless, from cable flyes, to bicep curls, to seated rows and more. It has aluminium trolleys that offer full versatility in terms of starting position, with cable positions all the way along the uprights. It comes with a range of cable attachments, handles and bars that let you use either weight stack separately or together. As standard, the MFT Elite has two 90kg weight stacks, but if you want more resistance you can get a weight stack upgrade that takes each stack up to 120kg.

Attachments & Accessories
The list of attachments that come with the Body Power TITAN MFT Elite is another reason why this piece of kit is the best for home gyms. It comes with dip horns, a landmine system, a low row setup, weight plate storage and more. There are even more attachments that don’t come as standard too—perfect for your full-body workouts at home.
For me, there is no better piece of home kit than the all-in-one Body Power TITAN MFT Elite.
