With a quick turn of the dial, you can automatically adjust your resistance across 15 settings up to a maximum of 24kg. Incredibly versatile, you get the most flexible strength-training option available, allowing you to perform a wide range of exercises and increase your strength over time.
Featuring durable molding around the metal plates, the dumbbell is both hard-wearing and delivers a smooth lift off. No more clanging of metal!
To inspire your training, the dumbbell comes with a free Bowflex® SelectTech® workout DVD - "Secrets of the 4 Step Rep". This features over 30 exercises and 80 variations to help you to maximise your workout.
