This wide range of positioning and indispensable guide rail ensure you’re in the perfect position, no matter the strength exercise. In addition, seven multi-position bar catches provide ideal starting points, and handy levels for racking the bar after your set.
Four Olympic weight plate horns are also included, so you can keep your training area safe and organised. What’s more, the Olympic Adjustable Multi Bench is manufactured from thick oval-section steel, ensuring durability, and stability throughout heavy lifts.
