PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The powerfully designed Heat Performance Row challenges users with a focus on high-intensity athletic training that surpasses standard cardio workouts. Built with a combines Air and Magnetic resistance system, the Heat Performance Row provides 100 resistance levels, adjustable via a 300° resistance dial that allow exercisers to fine tune their workouts to any level of intensity.
The Heat Performance Row’s TFT console provides accurate feedback that’s specific to each user. With the Race a Distance or Race a Friend programs, or through innovative Coach by Color® technology, it’s easy for users to see and be informed of their output during workouts in a fun and engaging way. Other built in workout programs include Quick Start, Power Training, Heart Rate Training and Interval Training.
The Heat Performance Row is no exception to Life Fitness’ history of smart designs. Control buttons on the ergonomic handlebar allow he exerciser to toggle between Training, Comparative and Technique console views quickly, and quick-release ratchet foot straps make for easy entry and exit. An embedded roller guide system ensures a smooth rowing motion, with a transport handle hidden inside the endcap and front transport wheels for easy movement.
