Built to last, the Murgs Pro Rope handles are machined from solid aluminium, meaning they can be thrown around as much as you’d like. They feature high-speed bearings that get the rope spinning incredibly fast, which is fully adjustable in length thanks to the allen key hidden in the base of each handle. This Pro Rope Pack includes a spare cable and an anti-tangle felt bag that makes the start of your workouts that little bit easier.
