It's quick and easy to load up the weight plates - simply slide your desired plates onto the bar and then spin on the collars, securing the plates in place. Complete with knurled handles with rubber grips, the dumbbells offer better grip and comfort so you can maximise your potential with every workout. The included spinlock collars provide a quick and safe way of securing your plates on the bar. The heavy duty chromed collars in this set feature a rubber washer on the inside, further enhancing grip and preventing the weights from moving around and making noise during use.
