This gives you 50kg of effective resistance on the 2:1 pulleys and the full 100kg load on the 1:1 cables, offering the capacity for both heavy lifts and a wide variety of functional exercises that require more cable travel. Loaded with accessories and attachments, the Phase 4 Multi-Functional Squat Rack comes with a row footplate, lat pulldown seat, pull-up grips, a rear storage plate, claw barbell storage, j-hooks, spotter arms and more.
