Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options lets users keep track of how hard they’re working, helping them to stay in their effective training zone. Track your workout (Manual, 5 Preset, Custom, Fitness Test, Heart Rate Control, Constant Power and METs Readout) on the bright white multi-window LED console, changing your chest strap/app and headphones. The console incorporates a USB port for device charging, a workout fan to keep you cool during workouts, and Bluetooth for connecting your chest strap/app and headphones.
