PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Life Fitness CSX allows you to enjoy a health club quality workout in your own home. Life Fitness’s premier elliptical, the CSX offers the same remarkably fluid, total-body motion as the award-winning health club model. By working both your upper and lower body at the same time, it burns more calories allowing you to achieve a complete total-body cardiovascular workout but with less perceived exertion.
Built for comfort, the durable and sturdy CSX features all the high quality elements you’d expect from Life Fitness. Featuring a comfortable 20" stride path, you can enjoy natural, smooth movement while the oversized, non-slip pedals provide ample room to move and keep you steady while you focus on your training.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
The CSX comes with an easy-to-use console which displays all your important training feedback via the workout display and allows you to set your entertainment preferences. For accurate, real-time heart rate monitoring, digital Lifepulse™ contact sensors are conveniently fitted into the handlebars. You can also use the wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accuracy and convenience.
ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES
The CSX includes all the entertainment features you need to stay motivated. The built in iPod dock with handy integrated controls allows you to control both your workout settings and listen to your chosen playlist. There is also a vast variety of workout programmes, including Total-Body and Lower-Body Trainer modes which coach you to train different muscle groups.
The CSX also features an ErgoGrip™ stationary front handlebar to assist lower body training, dual accessory tray and reading rack.
