PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Designed specifically for throwing against walls, throwing and catching, these quality balls are a versatile conditioning tool, helping you build endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Made from high quality textiles with double stitched seams, the wall balls are highly durable yet soft, making them suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. This soft construction also reduces the chance of impact injury during forceful throws and catches. Each ball is 36cm/14" in diameter, allowing you to easily switch between sizes and progress without changing your technique.
Available in 5 sizes from 4kg to 12kg, the lighter wall balls are a great addition to core strengthening exercises, such as weighted sit-ups, throws and Russian Twists and can also be used in early stages of rehabilitation. Choose the heavier weights for carries, loading drills and explosive throws to really develop power.
