Compact, triangular steel frame for increased stability. Hydraulic resistance can be easily adjusted during exercise. Easy to use motivational interface displays time, number of steps, step rate and energy consumption. Polar® wireless heart rate measurement available as an optional extra. Independent foot pedal movement makes exercising on this stepper extremely effective - both legs have to work throughout the training session.
