The York Perform 215 Recumbent Cycle provides a smooth and comfortable ride that ensures you get the most out of every training session. Featuring a solid and sturdy frame, this user-friendly home cycle comes equipped with a 9kg flywheel, ensuring silky smooth operation. With an extensive 32 levels of magnetic resistance, versatility is a guarantee with every workout. Simply turn the rotating jog wheel on the console to crank the resistance up and back down again to intensify your training. The simple to use console features a clear 5.75" colour LCD display with readouts for 6 key performance stats including time, distance, calories and RPM. In addition to the central jog wheel for adjusting the resistance, simple buttons for basic functions such as starting and stopping your workout allows you to make selections with ease. Your heart rate is also displayed. Just hold the handlebar sensors to get an accurate reading as you work out. For added inspiration and variety, you can take your pick from 19 programmes, each designed to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Ensuring a comfortable ride, the Perform 215 features a large padded seat with reach adjustment and is supplied with a bottle holder for added comfort. There are also transport wheels to assist with moving the machine.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.

Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
