COVID-19 Business Updates

Dear Customer,


Firstly, we would like to thank you for choosing to shop with Fitness Superstore. Due to a huge influx of orders following the government's recent lockdown anouncement, our phone and live chat facilities are currently at full capacity; we apologise if we are taking longer than usual to address your queries and rest assured we are doing everything possible to minimise delays. To assist, we have addressed some common questions below:


- The delivery timeframe from 13/11/20 is currently 7 working days. Please email should you require an update on an existing order.

- Customer orders placed online cannot be collected from our Northampton Distribution Centre at this time.  

- Product installations are now suspended. If you had an existing installation booked prior to lockdown, we will be in touch ASAP.

- Ex-display products ("X" prefix) in Northampton must be collected from our returns warehouse - we will allocate you a weekday appointment once your order is placed.

- Requesting a cancellation, please email Provided goods have not left our warehouse refunds will be processed within 48hours.

- Our stores are unfortunately closed from 05/11/20 per Government lockdown guidance.
