COVID-19 Business Updates

Firstly, we would like to thank you for choosing to shop with Fitness Superstore. Due to higher than usual order volumes resulting from extended government lockdown, our phone and live chat facilities are busier than usual at this time; we therefore apologise if we are taking longer than usual to address your queries and rest assured we are doing everything possible to minimise delays. To assist, we have addressed some common questions below:


- Standard delivery orders placed on or after the 2nd of March will be delivered within 5 working days (NB: orders prior to this date will be delivered within 7 working days).

- We will send you a dispatch notification as soon as your order is with the courier. If you require further information, please email

- Requesting a cancellation, please email Provided goods have not left our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

- All of our stores are closed as per latest Government lockdown guidance.

- Customer orders placed online cannot be collected from our Northampton Distribution Centre at this time.

- Due to lockdown measures, one man items travelling to Guernsey may be be disrupted.

NB: Express & Next Day delivey services are currently available - however some slots may be limited due to excess volumes and/or carrier capacity.
