The F3 Folding Pilates Reformer shares many parts and characteristics as Align-Pilates’ commercial range. A completely revised carriage and aluminium runners that do not cross the join of the fold ensures smoother, more stable movements. The F3 was developed to bring the benefits of a Pilates Reformer workout into your home, without the need to have a dedicated space. It uses the same high-quality springs found in professional Reformers, with 1x light, 1x medium and 2x strong springs offering plenty of versatility and resistance that’s smooth and progressive. The F3’s foot bar can be adjusted through four positions (including down), its head rest has three positions and the fixed shoulder rests offer a choice of two widths. The handles are double-looped with “silent” metal-free connectors for a quieter workout. The Align-Pilates F3 Folding Pilates Reformer folds up in a matter of minutes into a compact and self-contained machine that can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way.
