The press station features a fixed bench that can be adjusted horizontally, while the seat and backpad can be moved from decline, to flat, to numerous incline positions. The lateral arms move independently, and can be adjusted to your favourite position, each position perfect for different press movements, including chest press, shoulder press and more! Comfortable textured handles ensure a strong grip throughout every movement, and handy red quick-lock collars keep your weight plates secure, no matter how much weight you’re lifting. The pulldown station features multiple grip handles so you can target specific muscles during your workout. An upright bench is also attached to this station, complete with a removable preacher curl attachment and leg developer. Black padding on all benches and contact points, complete with professional red stitching, means comfort is no issue on the Body Power Multi-Station Leverage Gym. The third station offers the ability to perform movements such as squats and calf raises. Simply step into the station, with your feet on the metal footplate and shoulders underneath the pads. Textured handles are included for extra grip and security as you train.
