Recreating the same sound and feel of being out there on the water, the self-regulating resistance system results in the same full-body benefits of real rowing, and ensure a challenge with every stroke. The on-board computer is at the ideal height for you to take in your workout data at a glance as you train, feeding back your stroke count, time and more. Key comfort features come in the form of a contoured seat with textured finish that prevents slipping, an ergonomic handle that minimises strain on the hands, wrists and forearms, and height-adjustable footplates that ensure optimal foot placements and a comfortable rowing position. The rower is held in place when in use thanks to rubber stoppers, and when you’ve finished, it can be wheeled away on the in-built transport wheels and stored vertically.
