PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Body Power Strikeman is an excellent alternative to a punch bag, especially where space is at a premium or you don’t have the facilities to hang a heavy punch bag. The high density foam torso is great for technique work or target training and when the base is filled (with either water or sand) it weighs around 110kg – heavy enough to remain stable when taking that big right hook! The torso is attached to a flexible post which allows just the right amount of ‘give’ and is adjustable into 3 different height positions, from 5’3” (158cm) to 6’ 2” (185cm)
