The Body Power Helicon EZ Curl Olympic Barbell’s curved shaft offers a choice of hand positions to engage your biceps and triceps through curls, extensions and presses. The shaft features medium-textured knurling that ensures a good grip throughout each rep, measures 28mm in diameter and is finished in black chrome. The sleeves incorporate both bushings and bearings for smooth rotations, have a hard chrome treatment, and are compatible with 2” Olympic weight plates only.
