With an adjustable weight range of 2-24kg, this single pair of dumbbells provide the same results as 15 sets of traditional weights, but without the clutter. Spin the dial to automatically change your resistance across 15 settings. With such extensive versatility, they provide the most flexible strength-training options available, allowing you to gradually increase your strength. Featuring durable moulding around the metal plates, the dumbbells are not only hard wearing, but also provide a smooth lift off while reducing the clanging of normal metal dumbbells.
