The E685 resistance is set via First Degree Fitness’ patented 10x Adjustable Fluid Resistance Twin Tank system. The harder and faster you work, the more resistance the E685 will provide. This means the Upper Body Ergometer is capable of handling anything from fast HIIT workouts to rehabilitation sessions. The ground based E685 Arm Cycle movement involves long kinetic chains involving many muscles from the ground up. Your core is activated to support your entire upper body when engaged in the arm cycle motion. The E685 provides load in either direction – changing direction alters the emphasis on the muscles engaged, adding even more variety to your workout. The hand grips boast 7 positions, from horizontal to vertical, and are height adjustable with gas assistance. Complete with Bluetooth® monitor, you can track your time, resistance level, watts, RPM, power graphs, heart rate (polar compatible) and calories burned per hour. Wide footplates provide stability and varied foot placement, with an exercise placard just in front with clear workout instructions. The E685 is manufactured with a heavy-duty steel frame, and includes integrated transport wheels for easy movement.
