PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Aqua Weight Bag is filled with water which creates an unstable ‘live’ weight, forcing you to work harder to maintain stability during workouts. The bag can weigh up to 20kg—the less water is in the bag, the lighter the weight but the greater the instability. Portable by nature, the Aqua Bag folds flat when empty. To fill the bag, press down the pin and fill under a tap to the desired weight. Then, open the pin upwards, attach the pump and fill the remainder with air until the bag is fully inflated.
