PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Improve your speed, endurance and strength with the Leather Weighted Jump Rope, complete with removable 125g handles for an adjustable weight. This Jump Rope is ideal for boxers, MMA, kickboxing, or anyone looking to increase their cardio endurance and strength. To adjust the weight of the rope, with the bottom of the handle pointing up, unscrew the cap and slowly tip out the handle weight and spring, being careful not to drop them. Once both weights are removed, screw the handle caps back on. Smooth action hi-speed bearings ensure a perfect skip, and the rope measure 3m (9ft 8in) long.
