The R2 Abdominal features a unique floating chest pad which creates a natural crunch movement, enhancing the use of your abdominal muscles. With the abdominal crunch known as one of the most effective exercises to increase abdominal strength, this machine is the ultimate addition to your workout routine. Built with a counterbalanced lifting arm, you’re provided with low initial resistance, however the addition of the cam profile enables you to work at variable resistance chosen to suit you. You have a stack configuration of 20 x 7.5kg to choose from, which you’re able to alter at your leisure directly from the seated position. For your safety and stability, an anti-slip foot platform is also included. Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available. Upholstery Colour Options are available (see Upholstery Colour Options image), though please note that Upholstery Colour Options are manufactured to order, therefore delivery lead time will increase to 4 to 6 weeks.
