The R2 Leg Extension/Curl offers the versatility of a seated Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl in one unit, allowing you to work your Quadriceps and Hamstrings comfortably and effectively.
Featuring one easy pull pin adjustment, you can make quick changes between Leg Extension and Leg Curl exercises – whilst the self-centring foot roller pad adjusts automatically to all limb lengths to suit every user.
For comfort during motion, the pivot point is positioned specifically for optimal knee alignment at all times, with leg assembly offering range limiting and 7 start positions.
Also featured are elbow pads and grab handles for stability and comfort in both exercise positions, alongside rubber foot pads with floor fixing holes.
You’re able to access to 20 x 5kg weight stack via the seated position, enhancing the ease of use aspect of this machine.
Frames are available in eight standard colours (see colour chart image), and custom colours are also available.
