A 3 in 1 device, it’s your personal calorie counter, fitness tracker and motivator all in one. Easy to incorporate into your everyday lifestyle, you can wear it as a wristband, clip it to your clothing, or carry it in your pocket all day and night for consistent insight and inspiration for a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
Working with the iFIt Active mobile app*, the tracker monitors your daily activity including your calorie intake, calorie output, steps, distance, nutrition and automatically changes to night mode to record your sleep patterns. Easy-to-read charts in the iFit Track app help you review your data to help you find the ideal amount of sleep for your best performance.
As well as tracking all your outdoor activity, you can also pair it with iFit-compatible fitness equipment (selected NordicTrack and ProForm) and sync up to the app or your iFit.com profile.
So whether you're walking on your treadmill or running outside, this intuitive tracker logs it all. At the end of the day, it calculates your total distance travelled, so you know where you are with your targets. Plus, it logs your net calories – your total calories consumed minus calories burned – in real-time, providing you with a net score and suggesting custom workouts to help you reach your goals faster. At any time of the day, you'll know if you're burning and consuming calories in a healthy, harmful, or weight loss range.
The vibrant LED clearly displays your steps, distance and percentage of goal complete in real time.
