Built from aluminium with a brushed stainless-steel finish, the training bar weighs just 7kg, and is the ideal bar for beginners and younger gym-goers to practise explosive Olympic lifts like the deadlift or snatch. Tested to 65kg (130lb.) it is to be used with technique/training plates up to 5kg only. It can be used for numerous all-over exercises including the overhead squat, single-arm overhead press and high windmill.
