This includes a sophisticated yet non-intimidating console, a reliable, maintenance-free belt-drive system and personalised entertainment features. Designed with comfort in mind, the bike features a Comfort Curve seat™ with built-in grooves to prevent muscle fatigue and ergonomic contour-moulded back support so comfortable training can be enjoyed for long periods. With its sophisticated yet uncomplicated design, the LCD console displays all training feedback with clarity, allowing easy performance tracking. Providing customised training, 24 built-in workouts including Heart Rate, Zone Training and Calorie Goal provide variety cater to all fitness goals and capabilities. For convenient heart rate monitoring, the LifePulse™ hand sensors are placed on the easy-grip ErgoGrip™ handlebar, while the Polar® telemetry offers hands-free monitoring (requires optional chest strap). Workouts can also be accompanied by your favourite tunes with iPod compatibility. With integrated controls, you can skip songs and adjust the volume right from the console. Working off a self-powered generator, you don't even need mains power. You have the freedom to position the machine anywhere you like, making it ideal for both light commercial and home use.
