Built to engage and entertain, the Elevation Series offers the best cardio equipment in a large high-quality Life Fitness portfolio. Boasting a smooth ellipse motion, the cross-trainer reduces stress on knees and joints while maintaining a natural feeling body movement.
Designed for comfort, the sturdy elliptical features all the high-quality elements you’d expect from Life Fitness. A generous 20” stride path offers full motion, while oversized, narrow spaces pedals provide ample room to move whilst reducing lower back strain.
Complete with the Discover SE3 HD console, exercisers are given all the connection they need to have an engaging and memorable workout experience on the FlexStrider. Featuring a high-definition (1080p) touch screen, users can navigate around the contemporary dashboard design with ease. Engaging layouts and entertainment options like TV, streaming video and internet compatibility allow the Discover SE3 HD console to bring facilities to the forefront of the digital fitness world. A huge range of in-built programmes gives exercisers all the motivation and challenge they need, including Classic, Healthy Heart, Goal and Fitness Tests. Users also have access to Lifescape™ interactive courses which allow you to take high definition hikes though famous world-wide locations.
Lifepulse™ digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors are conveniently placed for accurate readings. Polar® telemetry (chest strap required) provides easy, hands-free heart rate monitoring. Stationary buttons allow exercisers to quickly switch between the 26 resistance levels, changing up the workout on the fly.
Other features include front wheels for easy manoeuvrability around the facility, an integrated accessory tray, headphone jack, reading rack and water bottle holder.
