This exercise bike boasts an incredibly comfortable back rest with lumbar support, combined with easy level adjustment, making this the perfect cycle for those looking for extra support and comfort when exercising. The base also has integrated controls onto the side handles, making changing your resistance and speed effortless. To support the easy use of the machine, it has been designed with a step-through design simple buckle straps so you can exercise with no fuss.
Additionally, the Generator Drive System with an 8-ribbed poly-V belt ensures smooth and quiet operation of your cycle, preventing the need for an excess of maintenance and upkeep. Talking of maintenance, this model is fitted with Halo Fitness Cloud: a digital technology providing a range of tools to monitor equipment, communicate with members and track jobs.
The SE3HD 16” touch screen display console allows for true 1080p television viewing and easy navigate around the contemporary dashboard design. Workouts include 6 interactive courses, time, distance, calories, climb, HR, intervals, 7 fit tests, custom facility workouts, custom exerciser workouts and performance run. The WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity helps to keep users engaged, making the cross-trainer perfect for all fitness levels. With customised workouts and integration with popular fitness apps, the SE3HD console is a wise choice for your facility.
Users can access Life Fitness On Demand for exclusive instructor classes. They also have access to “Performance run view”. This makes it easing for users to engage in interval training, with speed and incline changes with the press of a button (customisable through Halo Fitness Cloud). Also compatible with your Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch!
The frame itself boasts an excellent easy access design for maintenance and servicing, allowing you to keep your cycle lasting for as long as possible alongside robust paint and front wheels for easy mobility.
