For added convenience, the Go System™ Quick Start feature remembers your preferred speeds and allows you to set 3 personalised speed and incline presets so you get started at the push of a button. You can also track your heart rate using the contact handlebar sensors and wireless heart rate monitoring system. GO CONSOLE FEATURES The Go console has all the programming you'll need to get your fitness programme started. Easy to operate, you can choose from 13 workout programmes to help you get motivated and started quickly. For more personalised training, you have the option to store up to 2 customised user profiles allowing you to track your progress. The T5 also features an energy saving mode.
