Resistance: 1:4 pulley ratio (1 handle in use) – 45kg / 100lbs (heavy stack add on); 34kg / 75lbs (standard) 1:2 pulley ratio (2 handles in use) – 91kg / 200lbs (heavy stack add on); 68kg / 150lbs (standard). As is standard with Matrix, this heavy stack is of high quality and is able to withstand intensive use.
