Home Use: Lifetime on frame, 10 years motor, two years parts and labour (conditions apply) subject to registering the product within 28 days of purchase. Standard warranty is 12 months parts and Labour ICON are the manufacturer of NordicTrack and Pro-Form. Please find their warranty policy below. ICON Health and Fitness, Inc. (ICON) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase. Note: Warranty extensions may apply to this product subject to registering with your local customer service centre within 28 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover: 1. normal wear and tear; 2. any adaptation or changes to upgrade this product from its normal purpose as described in your user’s manual; 3. damage resulting from: a) transportation; b) abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage; c) non-home use (including but not limited to commercial, professional, or rental purposes); d) repairs not provided by an ICON-authorised service provider; e) accidents, lightning, water, fire, or any other causes beyond the control of ICON; f) improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments (examples; garages, cellars) ICON is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs of removal or installation. This warranty covers products purchased and used inside European Union; however; not all products are distributed in every country. This could result in delays of warranty coverage if you bought this product in a different country and it is not supported in your country of residence. It may be necessary to perform repairs at an ICON-authorised repair centre. ICON reserves the right to extend or increase coverage. The warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect your statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor your rights against the dealer arising from the sales/purchase contract.
