The Polar H7’s modern design features a Bluetooth Transmitter Heart Rate Monitor, which displays your live heart rate data on dozens of leading fitness apps, including the Polar Beat App, enabling you to monitor and share your work out details every time. In addition to the H7’s low energy Bluetooth smart technology, the H7 heart rate sensor also uses a coded 5 kHz transmission in order to connect with the majority of Polar training computers on the market – along with compatible gym equipment. Combine your H7 with the smartest training app out there, Polar Beat, to follow and understand your progression every step of the way – in turn maximising your results. Included is a soft, hand washable, textile chest strap, giving you full freedom of movement during your training.
