TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY The lightweight wristband features a stylish, 85 LED display. At the tap of a button, it shows you your time, steps taken, calories burned and daily activity goal. The smart Activity Guide even tells you how much you need to do to reach the global recommendations and offers you personalised tips to help you reach it. It doesn't matter what activity you're undertaking, the tracker responds and records your every move. It even alerts you when you haven't been active enough. You can also benefit from other useful Smart Coaching features. These include an EnergyPointer, ideal if you want to improve your fitness or burn fat. It visually shows you what the main effect of your training is so that you can focus on what you want to achieve. There is also an easy OwnCal function, which calculates the number of calories burned based on your weight, height, age and gender. POLAR FLOW WEB SERVICE AND iPHONE APP The Polar Loop connects to the Polar Flow web service and iPhone app, which automatically syncs via Bluetooth Smart to the web service. Completely free to use, these services offer additional, detailed analytics and guidance including distance and sleep pattern data at five intensity levels as well as daily, weekly and monthly activity summaries. You can also record your training history and plan more effectively with the online Training Diary. The Tracker is compatible with iOS 7 (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPod touch 5th generation) or later. HEART RATE MONITORING Compatible with Polar H6 and H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensors (sold separately), the Tracker can also display your heart rate in real time. The Tracker is waterproof and can be used for water activities up to 20 metres deep.
