Fitness Superstore brings zero impact running and premium fitness innovations to The Run Expo 2015

20 February 2015

Fitness Superstore is delighted to be exhibiting at this year’s Run Expo where they will be joined by the biggest brands in the fitness equipment industry to showcase exciting new innovations for runners, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts. Taking place at EventCity on 20-22 March, Fitness Superstore will host Feature Area 1, where for the first time they will be exhibiting the revolutionary Zero Runner from Octane Fitness, as well as a wide range of premium quality cardio equipment suited to runners and triathletes wanting the very best for maximising their potential.

Exclusive to Fitness Superstore in the UK, the new Zero Runner delivers real running motion but eliminates the stressful impact to the body. It therefore reduces injury, allows runners to run for longer and increase potential by keeping them strong. Distinct from treadmills or ellipticals, the Zero Runner uses mechanical hip and knee joints that allow runners to replicate their natural running gait, just like outside. Users completely control their motion throughout their run.

Martin Fisher, Head of E-commerce at Fitness Superstore said, “The RunExpo is the ideal place to showcase the Zero Runner. A one-of-a-kind machine, we’re really excited to invite runners and other fitness enthusiasts to try it out and see exactly why it’s already such a hit in the US. We know that injury is a big issue for runners and we’re already seeing great interest in both our stores and online. We can’t wait for delegates at the show to try it!”

There is a range of other exciting innovations available to demo on the stand. Other top brand guests include Life Fitness, who will be showcasing the new FlexStrider, a variable stride trainer offering a more comfortable low-impact workout. They will also have a range of high tech cardio equipment compatible with the Paofit app. For runners and triathletes alike, Icon will be offering up great interactive training options with the new Nordic Track T23.0 treadmill and Proform official Tour De France indoor racer. Other brands include Power Plate with their “my” range of home vibration power plates, BH Fitness with their triathlon range and FluidRower.

Fitness Superstore will be at Feature Area 1 from 20-22 March 2015. Visitors are welcome to try out our products, speak to our experts and enjoy product demonstrations. There will also be an exclusive show offer of 7.5% off all purchases at the show and a chance to win a £100 Fitness Superstore voucher.
