Standing at an Olympic Width, the ProForm Carbon Olympic System can be used as a stand-alone squat rack or a bench press station with the included utility bench. It features adjustable safety spotters and j-hooks with plenty of height options to choose from.
The independent utility bench offers flat, incline and decline positions for greater exercise variety, and features in-built transport wheels that make it easy to move around and store away. Also included is a 2-ft preacher curl pad that easily attaches to the front of the bench.
The Carbon Olympic System’s frame also boasts resistance band pegs for extra intensity, and a pair of weight horns for weight plate storage. Plus, if you’re new to strength training and aren’t sure where to start, you can utilise the included Exercise Chart for some guidance and inspiration.

Damage resulting from: a) Wilful or malicious acts. b) Transportation. c) Improper installation, assembly, or connection that is not in accordance with ICON specifications or recommendations. d) Abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage. e) Non-compliance with the instructions in your user’s manual (such as the use of cleaning and maintenance products other than those recommended, failure to turn off the product after use, etc.). f) Non-home use (including but not limited to use in commercial, professional, rental, or institutional settings). g) Repairs not provided by an ICON-authorized service provider or use of parts not provided or authorized by ICON. h) Accidents, impacts, power fluctuations, lightning, storms, water, fi re, animals, or any other causes beyond the control of ICON. i) Improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments (examples include garages, cellars, porches, and patios).
