REP’s first functional trainer to be designed by their own Colorado-based engineering team, the REP Arcadia™ Functional Trainer builds on their previous cable machines with premium accessories found on their popular Ares and Athena attachments. The versatile Arcadia™ Functional Trainer has 32 different cable positions for more customisation and natural movements, with laser-cut numbers on the front uprights that make it easy to find the desired position. Handle adjustments ensure you’re getting the full range of motion you need to make the most of your time in front of the machine, with knurled handled-trolleys that can also be found on REP’s popular Ares and Athena attachments. The two weight stacks top out at 170lbs either side at 10lb increments, for a total of 340lbs at a 2:1 ratio (moving 100lbs feels like 50lbs). Not enough resistance? The weights stacks can be upgraded to 220lbs each, for a total of 440lbs. Micro-adjustments can be made with 5lb (feels like 2.5lb) add-on weights, or with resistance bands that can attach to the base and headplate (resistance bands sold separately). The weight stacks are selectorised, with a magnetised pin providing quick and easy adjustments. The Arcadia’s pulleys offers 180° swivel for maximum versatility, enhanced with cables made from high-quality galvanised wire with a durable raw-steel core. An integrated multi-grip pull-up bar lets you work a range of pull-up options into your workouts. The Arcadia™ comes with two steel D-handles with nylon straps to connect to the cable, and the functional trainer is compatible with a wide variety of other cable attachments too (sold separately). The Arcadia™ comes with three heavy-duty pegboards for storing your attachments when you’re not using them, with nine 4” and three 6” pegs that are easy to reposition to meet your preferences. The Arcadia™ is finished with a premium metallic black powder coating that is incredibly resistant to chips, rust and scuffs.
