PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Incredibly versatile, REP’s FT-3000 2.0 Compact Functional Trainer delivers commercial-quality cable strength training in a frame that’s more compact and ideal for home gyms. It’s narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway, but is still equipped with enough weight for experienced lifters.
Two 187 lb / 84.8 kg weight stacks operate on a 2:1 ratio, with four additional 2.75 lb / 1.25 kg incremental weights included for smaller weight jumps and magnetic pins for securing locking your chosen weight into place. The FT-3000 2.0’s improved trolley is smaller and lighter than previous iterations, with no rollers and pre-lubricated uprights offering a greater range of motion. 21 different height options allow for more customisation and natural movements, with numbers laser-etched on the columns making it easy to line up each handle.
The smooth cables feature aluminium pulleys rather than plastic, and have an added welded ring that makes it easy to swap attachments, and can be used as an additional grip option too. The FT-3000 2.0 comes complete with two polymer D handles, storage pegs for any other attachments, a multi-grip chin-up station and a placard that demonstrates a series of movements to help lifters get the most out of the machine. The frame of the FT-3000 2.0 is very sturdy, double-coated with a chip-resistant electrostatic powder coating and is topped with a matte black finish.

What’s the difference between the FT-3000 and FT-5000?
The FT-3000 is slightly more compact than the FT-5000, at 78”H x 53”W x 34”D, and is narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway. The FT-5000 has larger weight stacks, with a total weight of 448lbs compared to the FT-3000’s 360lbs. The FT-5000 has more cable positions on the uprights, and more grip options on the pull-up bar.
What attachments are included?
The FT-3000 comes with a pair of D-handles included.
What is the maximum and minimum height of a lifter to be able to perform tricep pressdowns and bicep curls without any issues?
Anyone 6’2” and shorter should have no issues achieving the full range of motion for tricep pressdowns, but these can always be done on your knees if needed. There should be no issue with bicep curls for shorter lifters, but you can always stand on a plyo box for a greater range of motion if you need to.
What does a ratio of 2:1 mean?
Each weight stack on the FT-3000 weighs 187 lbs / 84.8kg (a total of 374 lbs), and operate on a 2:1 ratio. This means that 187 lbs will feel like 93.5 lbs when in use. The stickers on the weight stacks are numbered to reflect the “feels like” weight.
What is the minimum and maximum usable weight?
The minimum usable weight per side is 20 lbs, but feels like 10 lbs. The maximum usable weight per side is 187 lbs / 84.8kg, but feels like 93.5 lbs / 42.4 kg.

Warranty Cover includes cover for defects in material, functionality, and workmanship as well as Parts referencing any “Parts” listed in the Product Manuals Parts List. Lifetime warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover misuse, user modifications and/or general wear and tear.
