PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Spirit XE395 features a dual track system with concave roller wheels and a 13.6kg front flywheel for a stable, durable and smooth stepping motion. The pedals are adjustable through 3 levels, with a stride length of 20”, while the multi-position handlebars have integrated toggles for both resistance and incline for easy workout changes without having to release your grip.
In total, there are 20 resistance levels and 20 incline levels—plenty to challenge users of all fitness levels. Pre-set workout programs include Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, User 1-2 and Heart Rate 1-2. Heart Rate is measures via pulse grips on the static handlebars or by heart rate transmitter strap (included).
In addition to your typical workout stats, the 7.5” blue backlit LCD console displays your heart rate % profile and your muscle activation profile, so you know what muscle groups you’re training and just how hard you’re working. The console also incorporates a tablet-friendly reading rack (tablet not included), an adjustable angle for easy viewing, an adjustable fan, speakers with a 3.5mm audio jack and compatibility with the SPIRIT FIT app.
