PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Pro 8500 Weider Smith Cage is a 4-post squat rack loaded with attachments and accessories combining multiple pieces of equipment into a single machine. Compatible with Olympic plates, the Smith Machine lets you complete movements such as squats and bench press safely – just hook the bar into one of the 11 positions to secure it for your set. The frame comes with integrated weight horns to store your plates safely off the ground. You can also utilise the 2 high swivel pulleys, multi-grip pull-up stations and butterfly arms for working your upper body. The low pulley is optimal for targeting your lats when using the row plate. It is also great for lower body isolation when paired with the ankle straps provided. The cage features an adjustable utility bench with a robust and durable design, making it the perfect companion for any strength training workout. The preacher curl attachment eliminates cheating and elbow stress, while providing isolation to strengthen and build your biceps. The Pro 8500 has a 6 Foam Leg Developer enabling you to perform leg extensions for quad isolation, and leg curls to work your hamstrings and glutes. For training inspiration, an exercise chart is provided to help you build your own workouts. With this feature, it’s easy to get started and stay motivated, whatever your ability.
