Thoughtfully designed with angled feet for a smooth slide, this sled can be loaded up with Olympic weight plates (sold separately), and pushed or pulled to build overall functional strength and explosive power. With a charcoal powder coated finish, this sled is durable and resistant to scratches or damage.
